Our first night in our first place together. Nov 2006, a crappy apartment is a really crappy part of Fayetteville, NC. Doc lived like this for a month while I wrapped things up in Rhode Island and coordinated the movers. This is the glamorous side of army life, young marriage, PCSing, short term living while training...We were so deliriously happy like this. We had everything we needed, pizza, beer, a computer and a twin sized air mattress. I love the blessings in my current life but I wish we could vacation back here for a few days a year.
I feel ya...I often wish I could go back to our first days of marriage...just for a little while
